Here's some stuff I've worked on. IPSW Downloads is a website which allows you to download current and previous versions of Apple's iOS firmware. Linked in with a Just a Penguin. Account, you can also receive email and push notifications when new versions are found by the updaters. As well as the website, there is also an IPSW Downloads API. Compile iDeviceRestore on Linux. This is a guide to compiling iDeviceRestore. On debian linux. It has been tested on Ubuntu 12.04 (and even the raspberry pi on raspbian! It's their best release ever (as every new release is - kudos Apple). It was also ipsw.me. S best month to date. A significant number of users wouldn't have been able to get their iOS downloads, or see the penguin. Statistics from the past month. CloudFlare have helped me save 785.78 GB.
