http://kikimaraschino.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Here, Eat This! The Adventures of Kiki Maraschino. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Much of the buzz at Track 16 art gallery one night was surrounding the Dosa Truck parked outside. Thanks to their menu of samosas, masala fries, and their main attraction, filled dosa "wraps" at reasonable prices, there was a constant buzz around the truck. I asked, "Did you consider a heartier bread, like naan? But it's called the Dosa Truck". Well, then it would be called the Naan Truck.". But I love the dosa.". Since they ser...

Noms, Not Bombs: Santa Barbara Day Trip!
http://www.nomsnotbombs.com/2010/03/santa-barbara-day-trip.html
Thursday, March 18, 2010. Santa Barbara Day Trip! With graduation, the "real world" and unemployment on the horizon, a vacation to Cabo was not in the cards for my last college Spring Break. I was, however, fairly certain that I would shoot myself in the face if I did nothing to change up my routine. With this in mind, J and I headed North to Santa Barbara (a first for both of us! On a day trip. Sadly, because this was just to be a day trip, no wine tastings were involved (*wah wah*). Look at that menu!

Thursday, February 12, 2015. In-N-Out: It's What Valentine's Day Dinner's All About. Valentine's Day dinner at In-N-Out. Followed by a movie is a long-standing tradition for me and Justin. Our annual fuss-free outing began early in our relationship to ease the pressure that comes with the holiday and to spare ourselves from overpriced prix-fixe menus (we met in college, after all) and over-crowded restaurants (see Serious Eats' take on why you shouldn't dine out on Valentine's Day here. Noms, Not Bombs: September 2014
http://www.nomsnotbombs.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 29, 2014. Among my favorite things about living in LA are the bright blue skies and warm temperatures that we enjoy year-round. Months on end of snow and gloom are not for this Hawaiian. However, after weeks and weeks of a heat wave that's kept us Angelenos cloistered in our homes with the air conditioning blasting, I needed a reprieve from the sun. To battle the heat, my gal pal Gastronomy Blog. For this visit, we decided to test drive our buddy Midtown Lunch's. In the Dong Chi Mi Gook...

Noms, Not Bombs: January 2015
http://www.nomsnotbombs.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 20, 2015. The charming Beverly Hills bakery offers breakfast, lunch, espressos, and coffee and prides itself on its handmade baked goods, especially its meticulously-prepared croissants, which take 72 hours to make. The floor-to-ceiling windows create ideal lighting conditions for ogling the goods. Justin kick-started his morning with a Mocha while I sipped on and swooned over a rich, orange-infused Valencia Hot Chocolate. My favorite touch: an extra side of chocolate for drizzling.
