I wish I could be here to see the monarch exhibit opening in March. I think it's going to be a really fun, interactive, multimedia display. It's amazing to see the amount of work and attention to detail that goes into this kind of production. Posted by Ashley Chiaradio. Asymp; 9 Comments. So for my second post I decided to make quesadillas. I wanted to try something new so I found a recipe for apple chicken quesadillas. I never thought of adding apples to quesadillas, but I loved it. And it’s perfect for the beginning of fall. Whole wheat tortillas (Simplyrecipes.com used flour toritillas, but to make it healthier I used whole wheat). 1 cup of cooked chicken meat (chopped or shredded). 1/4 lb. of shredded cheddar cheese. There are 300 calories.
