We require, along with these forms, a recent physical and level 1 psychological evaluation. These documents can be emailed to admissions@svacademy.org or mailed to ScenicView Academy "Attn: Admissions" when the application is submitted. Diagnosed with a learning disability. Tested with an IQ level of 90 or above.
