Taiwan 2009 | 3 to 10 March 2009
3 to 10 March 2009. Taiwan has long been on my list of destinations to visit, and I’m glad I finally did. What I love most about Taiwan is how it offers a perfect balance of sightseeing, food and shopping so that there’s something to suit all tastes. The hospitality of the locals also left a deep impression on me. Planning for the trip though, was both fun and tedious. I don’t remember ever having to research so extensively for a holiday! Update on 30 Jul 2011:. Day 3: Thu, 5 Mar 09 (Hualien). How to boo...

Trip to Taiwan in 2010
Trip to Taiwan in 2010. Thursday, January 21, 2010. You can find lots of interesting gifts at the airport. More Streets View of Taipei. On the 2nd evening, managed to sneak out of the hotel. And took more street photos. It's quite easy to get lost for a first-timer in Taipei. Not to take any chances, I took hotel's map to navigate. In between the buildings that look like a maze to me. The sky turned dark quite early at around 430pm. The streets will be totally dark by 7pm ad won't be safe to travel alone.

Taiwan 2011-Study Abroad
Thursday, June 23, 2011. The time I spent studying abroad in Taiwan proved to be one of the most rewarding, enriching, and enjoyable experiences of my young life. We had the opportunity to share camaraderie and build rapport with fellow students of similar academic disciplines, which was an added bonus atop of the significant lessons on East Asian business culture. These unique attributes, above all else, I plan to carry with me for the rest of my professional life. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. The story of Gi...
