Serba-serbi di dapur ummu nayla. Minggu, 07 Maret 2010. 400 gr tape singkong yg manis. 200 ml santan kental (kara). 225 gr gula kastor. 200 gr terigu kunci biru. 50 ml minyak goreng. 50 gr keju cheedar parut utk taburan/coklat. 20 lbr paper cup. Hancurkan tape singkong sampai lembut, campur dengan santan, aduk rata, sisihkan. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan emulsifier sampai mengembang dan kental, msukan terigu sambil diayak diatas adonan, aduk rata. Langganan: Poskan Komentar (Atom).

Serba-serbi di dapur ummu nayla. Minggu, 07 Maret 2010. 100 gr gula halus. 4 btr kuning telur. 700 gr tepung terigu. 4 sdm susu bubuk FC. 3 btr kuning telur. 1 sdt cookie glaze. Aduk mentega, gula dan telur hingga rata. (mixer speed 1, asal nyampur). Masukkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk, aduk perlahan hingga tercampur rata. Ambil sedikit, bentuk bulat, isi dengan selai nanas. Susun diloyang tipis, beri jarak satu dengan yg lain. Angkat, biarkan dingin, susun dalam toples, tutup rapat. 200 gr gula pasir.

Kocok semua bahan hingga lembut dan rata, lalu bagi menjadi 3 :. 1/3 bagian diberi : -175 gr tepung terigu. 50 gr almond bubuk. 10 gr tepung maizena. 20 gr susu bubuk FC. 1 sdm wijen hitam yg sudah di sangrai. Aduk rata adonan ini, bagi 4 atau 2 bagian, bulatkan, bekukan dalam freezer. 1/3 bagian diberi : - 175 gr tepung terigu.

Kamis, 04 Maret 2010. 500 gr tepung ketan. 125 gr tepung beras. 125 gr gula pasir. 500gr kacang hijau, direndam lalu dikukus sampai lunak, lalu haluskan.Lalu digongso bersama 200gr gula pasir dan tambahkan vanili . Digongso sampai bisa dipulung bundar-bundar. Bahan kulit diaduk jadi satu dengan air secukupnya , jangan terlalu lemas. Lalu dipulung bundar-bundar dan beri isi. Celupkan kewijen sambil di tekan-tekan, hingga tertutup rapat. Langganan: Poskan Komentar (Atom).
