The World Record Authorities stipulate that the boat has to fuel in recognised harbours. Further details about this can be found under the ‘route’. Our proposed route is: Gibraltar, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Hawaii, Guam, Singapore, Oman, Malta (possibly), Gibraltar. Refueling will happen at the following ports -. Bahia de Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Valetta, Malta (possibly). Events are expected to be held at each fuel stop - sign up for events.

Environmental issues and benefits. It is the aim of this project to contribute towards the required research through the development and testing of this boat to create more fuel-efficient vessels. The boat itself will be constructed from recycled aluminum, which will account for over 80% of the finished vessel. Should the boat be scrapped one day, we estimate that over 90% of it could be recycled.
