They get 7 and 8 foot alligators regularly, then think that a 12 footer is something special and a 13 footer is out of this world. Someone sent me a picture from the Australian outback of an Australian crocodile. I bet the Swamp People would freak out at this one. I bet there was a few meals in this one! Sunday, 31 July 2016. Friday, 25 December 2015. Go back 2 spots. 2 Posts ago I showed Mark Lowry playing around. Despite his madness, he kept singing, only the other singers had to stop when they couldn't sing and laugh at the same time. As I said, Mark has A.D.D. and he can't read music. Bill Gaither used to sing him his part and he remembered it from then on, never needing a refresher. But despite such a handicap for someone in the music industry, it has not stopped him writing lyrics and singing and performing his comedy.

Playing numerous musical instruments or acting in movies, Billy Connolly could entertain in so many ways. Friday, 25 March 2016. Saw the movie, bought the song. At last I post again. Something I really enjoy. Many years ago I watched the (long) movie "The Stand", a Steven King book made into a film, and sticking very close to the story from book as well. (And Yes, I do have the movie on DVD, but I gave the book away). The first big tune in the movie was this. After some checking I found out it was called Don't Fear The Reaper (very apt for the film), and was performed by the Blue Oyster Cult.

Monday, 23 November 2015. TV in the bedroom, how cute. Or is it? A lot of people have a TV in the bedroom. I am sort of one of them, but I still prefer a big TV than the little one. I had a 15 inch TV in the bedroom, but I thought I could do better, so I rearranged the bedroom, brought in one of my projectors, bought a nice screen, put up some brackets and hung the screen on them and instant big screen TV. (In actual fact, I don't have TV, I just watch DVDs.). Big screen TV.$2000.00. David Phelps; tenor.
