Day to Day with the Taylor's. A way to keep family and friends up to date with the things going on in our lives. Thursday, July 22, 2010. So this past week had a HIGH and a LOW. My high is I have lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks with changes in portions and running/walking for 30 minutes every other day. I was really proud of myself. Although there is no visual change in my appearance, my pants were a little loose and the biggest plus as I felt confident. AND I ran for 20 minutes non-stop! I will keep this up!

Liam and Lily are ready to get in the backyard and play t-ball. They don't really have the concept of running the bases or catching the ball, but they love hitting the ball of the tee and running to collect the balls in their helmets. They are too cute! So it has been forever since I have posted. This summer has been full of activities. Here is a list of the fun and interesting things we have done. Lily had her first dance recital. It is going to be a big jump in the amount of time spent running. I hope I am up for the challenge! I have been under the weather, not feeling 100%. My life with 3 girls. Is this really happening? I thought I wanted boys! I must be dreaming and I couldn't be happier! Tuesday, July 15, 2014. Ryan's Home Birth Story. The morning of Wednesday, April 2nd, 2014 will be one I never forget! We started filling the pool with water about 4:50, I called Lynda (my midwife) to let her know my progress. she asked "how far apart are they? So I climbed in and my immediate reaction was "oh my gosh this feels SO NICE! Ignore the picture, and just listen to the sound).

It took me about a week to jump on the exercise bandwagon. For me this is a big step. In the past when I would deviate from a plan, I would give up. So NOT giving up today.
