The DME collects, through donations, re-usable in-home durable medical equipment from individual donors, medical clinics, hospitals, etc., to meet the needs of residents of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties with limited financial resources or who are un-insured or under-insured. The equipment is inspected, cleaned and sanitized and inventoried. It is housed in our warehouse until it is given to a patient or individual in need of a specific mobility or bath care piece of equipment.

The applicant for equipment must be a resident of Los Angeles County or Ventura County. We ask that you inform us if the applicant has no, or limited, insurance coverage or has no or limited financial resources. All equipment is for in-home use only. An application will be completed on each applicant at the time equipment is delivered. Each applicant or their designed representative must sign the application.
