Saturday, November 20, 2010. 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced. 1 cup quick oats. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 2 Tbs butter or margarine. Mix first four ingredients and place into 9-inch (square or round) baking dish. In small bowl, mix Topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over the apples.
