Sunday, January 5, 2014. Christmas felt extra special this year with our new little bundle of joy added into the mix. There's just something about a snuggly, sweet newborn that makes everything seem more cozy. The excitement of the older kids really made the day, too. When we got home, we opened our traditional Christmas Eve jammies. This picture cracks me up. Asher opening his new basketball shorts (I love that he's wearing his sleeping mask. lol). Evan was super excited about his new leather jacket.

Friday, November 22, 2013. The homeschool program that we are registered through does a really good job of providing field trip opportunities for the kids. Last Friday, we were able to go to the Museum of Flight and participate in a little class where the kids learned all about airplanes and how they work.
