Isn’t it interesting how one’s first few months of studying abroad can be awful and then somehow turn out to be well at the end? Time really flies. If you would have asked me if someone who has been in Turkey for as long as I have been living would speak Turkish fluently, I would have naturally assumed yes, certainly! Can’t/ don’t speak Turkish.
