Yep, I'm doing this again. Everyone keeps asking me about this, I think it's really the only reason why anyone ever reads my blog. Hah. Where are they coming from? Our precious little Elliot is named after one of our heros. The name means "The Lord is my God" - what more could you want for a kid name? When we decided on this name for our second boy, I had never personally met an Elliot, an Elliot or even an Elliott. The only Elliot that even came to mind was the angry and somewhat unstable crime-fighter Elliot Stabler. But now, four months into having a son named Elliot, I am finding them. Besides being an awesome confidence boost it also was a great reminder to make sure to write down some of my "creative" recipes that actually turned out. So, here's tonight's creative recipe for "Cheesy chicken broccoli and rice"- kid approved! 1 lb Cooked chicken. 15 C cooked rice. 1/4 C vidalia onion (any onion will do, but that's what I used).

Yep, that's me. I'm a blog slacker. So, let's see - looks like I've got about half a year to catch up on. The biggest news is that my Mom graduated from college! Tristan has made great progress on his degree this summer. He's been getting lots of research done, which makes me happy.
