Myös Singaporen ainutlaatuinen, erikoinen arkkitehtuuri oli mahtavaa. Ilmasto kuuma ja kostea, aivan mielettömiä puutarhoja ja istutuksia. Käväistiin lintutarhassa, ja kasvitieteellisessä puutarhassa. Syötiin hyvin ja shoppailtiin liikaa. Yli 2 km matkalla Orchid Roadia vierivieressä kauppakeskuksia....

Tiistai 28. toukokuuta 2013. Yksi suosikkipaikoistamme Bunburyssa on ehdottomasti Rocky Point. Täällä tuulisena päivänä olo on kuin vuoristoradassa ja suusta pääsee ihastuneita "oooh" ja "uuuu" -ääniä. Ja veikkaanpa, että vielä emme ole nähneet mitään. Kahvittelu rannalla ulkoilupäivän päätteeksi tällaisissa maisemissa saa kyllä miettimään, miten onnekkaita olemmekaan, kun saamme asua moisessa paikassa. Vaikka sitten vain väliaikaisesti. Sunnuntai 15. helmikuuta 2015. Tajusin tässä jokin aika sitten, että kotikaupungistamme Bunburysta ei ole hirveästi tullut kuvia otettua, ja kaksi vuotta on jo vierähtänyt. Niinpä tänään tallustelin parin ystävän kanssa pikkukaupungin katuja räpsimässä kuvia. Jo kahtena vuonna peräkkäin, kaupungissa on hyödynnetty paikallisia taiteilijoita koristamaan rakennusten seiniä. Näissä kuvissa näkyy vain osa näistä teoksista, jotka piristävät katukuvaa kummasti. Torstai 17. lokakuuta 2013. These are from Cape Naturaliste. It's whale season now and this is their resting area. You can spot atleast blue whales and humpback whales. We saw about ten whales, but they were quite far away so I didn't get any decent pictures. The scenery was beautiful though, and there is nice hiking trails too. This time of the year is the best time to see wild flowers grow in Western Australia. It's season now. This is the garden of our favourite restaurant Samudra in Dunsborough.
