No I am not referring to the many single mothers across the country that continue to breed and depend on Temporary Assistance for Needy Families as a permanent source of income. Thursday, February 5, 2009. America's new golden boy Michael Phelps. Faces a three month competitive swimming ban by USA Swimming, following photos of him inhaling marijuana at a bar. Although not an illegal doping substance, the committee wanted to send a message showing that he was indeed wrong for the drug usuage.
