Peaceful Playing: Tree Blocks
http://peacefulplaying.blogspot.com/2011/05/tree-blocks.html
Monday, May 16, 2011. Does it sound funny that I am absolutely in love with some blocks? Well, I am! I have seen these tree blocks on several different toy sites and have been drooling over them. They were pretty spendy and I couldn't justify spending that much on some cut up branches. So then I was going to make some but hubby said I needed a chop saw and I don't have a one. yet. I kept searching and finally found these ones at Heirloom Wooden Toys. As you can tell. They are loved by everyone.

Monday, March 4, 2013. Painting with Water Beads. My two kiddos love to play with water beads. I'm not a big fan because it seems like I chase those little beads around the house the whole time they are playing with them. They are quite bouncy. So one afternoon I decided we would try to paint with them instead of just pouring, scooping, etc. And it turned out super fun. Anna really enjoyed it.and Drew enjoyed making a mess, so it was a win-win for us! It was fun.and a new way to enjoy water beads! Decemb...

http://mandhmomschool.blogspot.com/2014/09/in-honor-of-football-season-beginning.html
Thursday, September 4, 2014. Are you ready for some football? In honor of football season beginning, we did some early counting fun with our Football Guys. First she lined up her footballs in order from #1-5. Then she counted out her football men to correspond with each number on the footballs. I like Peppa Pig. Div style="tex...
