http://faerymother.blogspot.com/p/blog-page.html
I will be sharing my adventures of co-opening and overseeing The Yakery art gallery/ workshop/ cafe with you on my blog thats until it has it's own space up on the web, to be written about. I pour a lot of my creative energy and time into it. Local artisans from the surrounding areas have also found a place in the Yakery to display th...

Faerymother: Heart land
http://faerymother.blogspot.com/2014/11/heart-land.html
Wednesday, 12 November 2014. On warm summer nights they dress in spiders lace and dance to the twilight orchestra. Having a rest in a faerie (Dakini) rings. Oh how I love the enchanted lands called Tibet. My absence here and everywhere is accounted to those mountains, spectacular horizons and gentle people. My unfortunate lack of adaption to such thin air left me rather floaty and unfocused but their is no better place to drift upon wisps than a place where time has little hold. Here at the winter camp w...

Faerymother: We have been to the Wall
http://faerymother.blogspot.com/2015/01/now-and-wall.html
Thursday, 15 January 2015. We have been to the Wall. There have been so many parts of my personal journey and our adventures as a family from the last year that just haven't made it into words, once conjoined with my camera I find the dust settles on it as days go by. Didn't help this, as I kinda love it, a picture and a few words the cathartic ease of sharing and connecting. I think I will need this space over the next few months and so it's time to catch it up a bit. I was a touch polluted with paranoi...

http://faerymother.blogspot.com/2015/02/we-ride-sand-and-dreams.html
Thursday, 12 February 2015. We have been through the desert. After successfully navigating the back lanes and losing hours crawling amongst dusty treasures from the Indian ages this small fry tribal treasure huntress abandoned the utterly exhausting negotiations of trade communications and fast diminishing coinage for the adventures of sand dunes and dusty camel cart dreams! Gypsy encampment in the desert. People you see in the desert. The multi talented Dakini holding the reins. 14 February 2015 at 23:02.

Faerymother: Tiny me
http://faerymother.blogspot.com/p/i-am-what-i-am.html
I'm a woman who is finding the balance between nesting and nomadic! Our family left our organic mostly self sufficient farm life for the road, It's been 10 months of adventures! We are at a cross roads, should we go home to Australia or should we continue to travel the world! What ever happens it will be full of art, children and deep rumbling thoughts! Update, we have decided to settle for awhile in North India we have opened a socially aware art gallery called The Yakery! I'm feeling tired but content!

Faerymother: European Vintage Collection.
http://faerymother.blogspot.com/2013/04/european-vintage-collection.html
Thursday, 11 April 2013. The opportunities presented well lately, to acquire some items for my shop. In comparison to hunting vintage in Australia,. I would generally put Europe above in most things but the price. The quality and interest factor of some of the jumbled piles of things I fumbled upon, oh my! These and more items will grace my shop. Some are already there and the rest will come in the next few days. I do love these pictures, mostly taken on our roof of the house we were given in Sant Andria...
