Friday, January 7, 2011. Well, I'm currently pretty damn sore and based on the five mile run I BARELY finished yesterday, my muscles are pretty damn tired. Yep, I've started resistance training. I also like the idea of being a group setting and being walked through the different exercises (and having music doesn't hurt.) Seems to make things move more quickly.
