Its pretty much Barefoot Contessa’s recipe so you know its amazing! 2 filet mignons (8-10oz). 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil. 2 Tablespoons fine fluer de sel. 2 Tablespoons coarsely cracked black peppercorns. 1/2 cup good olive oil. 2 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice save other halve for wedges. 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon if kosher salt. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper. 6 oz of baby arugula.
