Monday, March 23, 2015. End of week running plus a field trip. I had a busy end to my week. Wednesday evening I got a short run in with Kaden. Thursday was packing for his field trip on Friday to Animal Kingdom. With that trip we decided to make an extra day of it (we are pass-holders); so I had to make sure everyone was packed and good to go. Oh happy run day! Our trip to Animal Kingdom was bright and early on the bus with lots of 2nd graders! Thank goodness for coffee! Bless their brave little hearts!

Sunday, August 31, 2014. Evening runs in Florida suck. Sorry to be so blunt, but they do. I much rather get up at 5:15 am to go run. Due to fireman's schedule, that is not always possible. Running at 7:30pm is no fun. It is still hot out. I feel like I run much slower in the evening. Anyone else have this problem? Injury is never good. At least the sky was pretty, even though my run was not. Wine and Dine is creeping up! I am starting to get nervous about it. This is normal I hope! He does need one!

Wednesday, January 21, 2015. 2015 Starting off rough. My goals for 2015 are looking a little cloudy right now. And that is never a good sign. I need to see the sunshine again. Sunday, I went for a late afternoon run and by mile 2.5 I was in pain. The whole run I was doing a walk/ run method, but it turned out to be more walking than running. I was beyond annoyed. By mile 2.7 I couldn't run, every time I tried the pain was there and it felt like my knee was locking up. I was angry. WDW Wine and Dine 2014.
