Friday, November 30, 2007. 原本今早要整理一切装备, 来一个最后冲刺. 那里知道那支刚从GP的百货公司买回来的电动搅拌器, 已有裂痕. 害我要临时变动计划. 再次光临, 投诉了一轮, 因没有存货, 才换了另一个品牌, 多付两块多钱. 心想只要不打捞我的计划就好. 过后赶紧去另一家百货公司, 购买橄榄油. 这就是我自制香皂的后期准备, 已经是属于设备齐集, 只欠行动而已. 我的心情已是迫不及待明天的到来. 加油! Saturday, October 31, 2009. 丑妇终须见家翁！终于趁休假亲自下厨，向友人们献丑。因为友人们一直都在埋怨我没邀请他们到我家聚餐。不是我不要，而是一来大家都没空，很难聚大家在一起，二来是友人们各各嘴尖挑剔，很压力的。。。害怕使到友人们肚泻反胃。友人们要驾到，这天我就非常不得空，有如面临大战，忙东忙西。为了迎接其中之一的友人味道，这次就准备了一些带有印度风味的饭。饭是用咖哩叶、一些香料和葡萄干煮。因为兼顾不到它，所以比起我煮鸡饭时还差。可惜！首次煮Curry Kapitan Chicken，虽然煮前准备工夫多，但还是有点满足感，充满挑战性。芝麻蒸鱼是为安全起见而煮。小白菜炒虾米就有点失手，败在做欠汁，一时重手变的太浓稠，整道菜一时间变得很黏。我的天呀！如果友人们不嫌弃，我还会再接再厉。哈哈！ Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Friday, August 6, 2010. 昨晚一开完会，就和两位友人到Northam Beach Cafe吃晚餐，应该说是吃宵夜才对。那时都已近十时了。很久没有到那边吃东西。为了我的味口着想，我还是点了我较有信心的食物。那就是“金香面”、“菲律宾猪肉饭”、两块“薄荷巧克力蛋糕”和一杯热咖啡。不知是否近来通货膨胀，不只连累了小贩们，也殃及食客们。当食物来时，我和友人们都惊吓了，很小份，通通都宿水了。虽说价钱没大变动，但却在份量里下手。唉！槟城的食物越来越贵。“美食天堂”可以改称为“贵食天堂”了。虽然饮食中心到处林立，但食物确实量减价涨，谁之过？ Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Saturday, March 31, 2012. 12298;331周末夜，关与不关灯之间》. 世界自然基金會（WWF）发起的「Earth Hour地球一小時」关灯活动，将在这个星期六331晚上8.30举行，当天晚上，很多全球知名的地标，将会集体熄灯，以唤醒全球人民响应绿色生活，传达环保节能的理念。这个持续了数年的活动，笔者曾在数年前关电的那一天，sms给众好友，提醒他们有这个 “关灯一小时” 的活动，希望他们也能为这一晚赋予特别的意义。谁知，有一个朋友回我说：“ 我不会在今天特地关灯的，因为我平时都环保省电，而且我觉得，没必要这样做，今天省电1天，其他364天都在浪费电，省电不是该从平时的每一天做起的吗，今天这样做，有什么意义？”. 看到他这样说，似乎挺有道理，但以他的逻辑无限推广衍生的话，那是不是，很多事情很多节日很多庆祝，都没有了意义？生日需要庆祝吗，生日快乐，为什么只有生日才需要快乐才需要庆祝呢，不是有生的每一日都应该要快乐都值得庆祝吗？所以，庆祝生日是很没有意义的。 331周末夜，在世界最黑暗无光的那一夜，人类的良知，亮了！心声。。。 Scent of the sunrise.
