Friday, April 23, 2010. Why not kick start my blog with something sweet! This may look like a big scoop of chocolate ice cream to you, but it most certainly is not. In fact it's a completely raw. vegan dessert that I whipped up from my own imagination. But don't be fooled, this is not what to eat if you're looking for a sugar rush! The flavor is mildly sweet at best, but after you've broken your sugar addiction, I'm sure you'll like it too! So what's in the mystery mush? Flesh of 1/2 raw young coconut.

Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Freshly picked parsley and spearmint make this cool Tabouli refreshing. When you use the food processor, keep the consistency chunky instead of making a puree. For the raw vegetables, be creative, use what's available in-season at your farmer's market. Combine vegetables, olives, and herbs in food processor until diced. Chop green onion into small slivers.
