大学生活3年目から本格的に筋トレを開始して，現在に至るまで腕のトレーニングだけがどうしても挫折続き。理由は，腕は優先順位が低く，またBIG3（ベンチプレス・スクワット・デッドリフト）で間接的に鍛えているという妙な安心感があったから。 しかし最近は考え方を変えて，腕もしっかりトレーニングすることにしました。マレー生活を始めてから学生時代よりも筋トレに割ける時間が多くなった気がするし，腕周りのサイズからすると扱える重量がどうも低すぎる気がするので。それに腕が太い/ 筋肉質ってカッコイイじゃないですか，世間がどう思ってるかは知らないけれど。 とりあえず今日は手始めとしてダンベルカールとハンマーカールを軽くやってみました。ある程度慣れたらインクライン・ダンベルカール，ブリーチャーカールも取り入れて腕専用の日を設けようかなと。ところで，これだけだと二頭筋しか動かしてないので三頭筋のメニューも必要ですが，ベンチプレス後のプレスダウンとかで十分かしら。あとはフレンチプレスとか。 以上です。3日もあればマレーシアの免許証が手に入ります。ではもう少し詳しく。 JPJに着いたら一つ注意。入り口付近には怪しい連...
