http://heanderson.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Don't Cry For Me, Argentina! Friday, October 31, 2008. From the mouths of babes. So, this semester, I interned in a kindergarten class for 6 weeks, and now I am in a 3rd grade class! Here are some of the funny things my little kiddos have told me:. One of my students from Africa always lays down on the carpet when they are supposed to be sitting. So, here is a conversation we had one day:. Me- "[child's name], sit up! Me- "[child's name], sit up! Child- sits up, with his feet underneath his bottom. While...

http://heanderson.blogspot.com/2009/11/its-been-awhile.html
Don't Cry For Me, Argentina! Sunday, November 1, 2009. Well, it's been a long time since my last post, and a lot has happened! The only way I can think to organize this is to make a list. So, here goes. I was hired starting the fifth week of school to teach 4th grade. I always pictured myself teaching the little ones, but everyday that I'm in 4th grade, I realize that this is truly where I belong. I have 15 students (a teacher's dream) that are all just the sweetest things you'll ever meet! 4) Jeremy and...

http://heanderson.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Don't Cry For Me, Argentina! Monday, June 30, 2008. I get carsick.and train sick.and boat sick. Today, we went out to the Tigre. It is a town along the coast of Argentina. To get there, we had to take a couple of trains. I have never ridden a train before so I was excited about it! Once we got there, we rode a boat along the delta. Well.SURPRISE! We DEFINITELY have not mastered the bus systems yet and our bank accounts will not like if we use taxis all the time. It should be an interesting time until...

Basically, it is a fast-paced game of animal sounds and funny noises which make for a hilarious time! Saturday, the play was awesome! There were thousa...

Don't Cry For Me, Argentina!: 2010---A new year, a new decade!
http://heanderson.blogspot.com/2010/01/2010-new-year-new-decade.html
Don't Cry For Me, Argentina! Sunday, January 10, 2010. 2010- -A new year, a new decade! I try not to make New Year's Resolutions that are like:. 3 Exercise 5 times/week. 4 etc, etc, etc. The reason I try not to make these resolutions is because I just feel bad about myself when I don't keep them. And the moment I mess up, I just give up for the rest of year. One bad day, and the other 364 are thrown out the window! That sounds like a good goal- something a lot of us could benefit from!

Believe it.because it's true! ACU's football team has been amazing this season! We are undefeated in the regular season and are now headed to the quarterfinals next week! It is so awesome to be able to experience this my senior year! Our school has had so much more school spirit (which, as you all know, is my FAVORITE)!
