The Toad in the Hole. The Reluctant Chef - or how a cooking toad turned into a culinary prince. Meet Me (the Toad). Sunday, 10 June 2012. Ingredients (enough for a meal for two). For the curry paste. 2 cloves of garlic. 1 - 2 red chillies (to taste). 2- 3 tbs of soy sauce (to taste). 1 tbs of toasted sesame oil. 2 sticks of lemongrass (or 3 tsp of lemongrass paste). A thumb-size piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped. A small bunch of fresh coriander, stalks included. 1 large or 2 small sweet potatoes.
