Everyone needs a bit more sweetness in their lives. Biscotti Stuffed Baked Peaches. This recipe is insanely easy but seems fancy and tastes SO good. I only made this recipe with two peaches this time (so four peach halves). I usually go by a “one whole peach” per person you are serving…because a half sometimes doesn’t cut it! But if a half seems like a good serving size to you, go for it! So this recipe is for 2-4 servings, but it is a very easy recipe to make more or less of! 3 tablespoons white wine.
