Because everyone has one. My name is Tori and I live in Richmond, VA with my husband Jake and our puppy Libbie. To answer your question, yes, she wore her scarf for the entire month of December and loved it. We moved to Richmond from DC since we are both from here and missed our crazy families too much ;) Ok for more reasons then that, but it's still a perk.
