Hitting the Reset Button. As I mentioned in last night's post. My diet was going to take a turn for the extreme and I am so ready! This last week I went to the doctor to have my Thyroid tested and a vitamin deficiency test done. The results came back and all is good, thyroid, liver, kidneys, and vitamins are good except vitamin D. Living in North Dakota, I had a feeling that's what it would be. Day 13 of 14. Well, I made it! I am on the last day of the all liquid detox and I didn't die! You don't need to do this.". The truth is, I CAN'T eat that, it's going to hurt my health, and YES I do need this because I didn't have to will power, drive, etc to do what I needed to do in the first place.
