Three Boys, One Girl, and Me. Wednesday, April 6, 2011. Collin turned 7 last month! He wanted to have a space party because he is just so obsessed with being an astronaut or designing shuttles/space ships. We had lots of fun planning it! We launched soda bottle rockets which every kid loved. Even when we made one of them bleed. (The kids.not the rockets) As usual we had a great cake (though it sort of fell over)! These are of the kids decorating their rockets prior to the big launch! This is the cake!

Sunday, June 5, 2011. School is out ALREADY? Wow This year just flew by for me! Tomorrow is the first official day of summer for my boys! They are excited.I am worried :)! My boys are going through a phase where they just fight all the time! So I feel like I need a white and black stripped shirt with an attached whistle! Life's Tough: Wear a Helmet!
Tuesday, August 30, 2011. The boys went on a "Fathers and Sons" Campout and a had a great time. Sweet even got to ride a horse all by himself. They came home very dirty but very excited and happy. Sweet is learning how to ride a bike without training wheels. We tried for the first time the other day and he did it. He needs more practice on turns but did awesome! Sunday, June 21, 2015. Keeping My Summer Sane! This year, I vowed to keep an organized and scheduled summer. This is what I say EVERY year and it never gets done. Except, this year, it actually did get done! I was proactive and created chore charts, daily responsibility charts, bought workbooks for the kids and created a Consequence jar, a Get Along jar, and a Rewards jar. The boys daily responsibility/chore chart is a blank template I pulled from this. Mean their good, yellow. Is a warning and red.

My mother had a great deal of trouble with me, but I think she enjoyed it. My sons and I were at an end of the season basketball party for my 6. After chatting with some other moms for a while, I looked past my social circle, craning my neck to find Willie in the expansive back yard full of boys. I spotted his turquoise shirt far across the court. S. Till at it, that’s great. I called out to him, Come here! He found me with his teary eyes and rushed towards me. Can we go, Mom, please, can we go now?
