I was taking an online class since I am working towards an additional teaching endorsement (English as a second language), so I was extremely busy with a 4 credit hour course in an 8 week session.one of the many reasons I am so behind on blogging. For Evan's 4th birthday party, I kept the menu pretty simple. We ordered fried chicken, ribs, and cole slaw from a local barbecue place, Nick's Ribs. And I made baked beans in the crock pot as an additional side dish. Instead of a cake, I ordered a Toy Story cupcake stand from Wilton.com and made red velvet cupcakes. Slow Cooker Baked Beans. Foodie Friday - #3.
