LIFE - an ocean away. Travels and Tribulations during my Zambian adventure! Monday, February 19, 2007. Listening to the music! My Christmas Vacation to Malawi was wonderfully relaxing and primarily consisted of Katie and I lounging on boats and beaches reading. LIFE - an ocean away. Travels and Tribulations during my Zambian adventure! Sunday, November 26, 2006. Reflection on the Youth of Zambia. Gender equality in the states (though there are some discrepencies still of salaries/upper level positions in the workplace, and the continuous struggle against the traditional 'womens role' norms). It was sadly aweing to witness the discrepencies in the attention and respect shown by the students and presenters of varying genders. There was much more participation...

LIFE - an ocean away. Travels and Tribulations during my Zambian adventure! Sunday, July 23, 2006. Random Thoughts from the head of Brette. Any english word will suffice for a childs name*. Names encountered thus far: Precious, Blackson, whiteson, greatboy, memory, gift, battery, maybe. The definition of food expands to new realms*. Next time I'm in Lusaka I am staying at an ex-pat's house. There are also a few more pictures up here. Which I am pushing for pretty hard. Posted by L...
