Welcome to my mix studio! Having recorded artists and bands for many years, I often found myself arranging and producing client's songs and continue to offer this service. I am quickly adaptable to different genres and musical production techniques to suit all your needs.

I compose music and write lyrics for individual artists and labels. Over the years, I have written inside many different styles/genres of music. I also compose music for Film and Television, and have created music and supplied sound design for the BAFTA nominated short film 'The Owl House' amongst others. In addition to writing for other people, I have also released two albums of solo compositions over the years, under my own name. The latest release of mine is entitled 'My Galvanized Friend'.

We soon opened a small personal/commercial recording studio in the village where I lived, Barwick-In-Elmet. There I was recording and mixing for bands and artists such as Corinne Bailey Rae. While adding my session guitar skills onto various client's tracks, when needed. It was during this time that I really cut my teeth tracking instruments, everything from string ensembles to brass sections. I now have a small home mixing studio where I also record as a session guitarist.

When it comes to session guitar playing, for me, it's all about serving the song. Whatever the style,. I pride myself on being able to hear exactly what the song needs and deliver that in a very tasteful way. As soon as I could play the guitar, I was recording - a discipline I learnt early on. I'm equally at home on acoustic or electric guitar. Whether it be intricate acoustic finger picking, electrified country licks, a heavy rock solo or authentic blues slide I have every style covered.
