Saturday, July 25, 2009. Making Puppies – God Willing. We returned Friday and I left Luna in her truck crate and visited briefly with Lois and Sunny inside. His attention to me was incredible…like I had been dipped in pheasant and quail stew and rolled in tripe. Jumping, barking, sniffing and following me everywhere! I did what I was told and after saying our goodbyes, Ed, Luna and I pulled out of the Smid driveway in Oakland New Jersey at 1:30 pm on Saturday, and pulled into Ed's driveway in N. Ft. The Travels of Melissa and Deb Throughout Vietnam. I guess the beginningour team of six people collected in our hotel lobby with all of our belongings. First we put several suitcases and boxes in storage at the hotel since it did not need to go to the orphanage. We will pick it up on our return trip to Hanoi. Then we piled the hotel lobby full with all of the stuff to go to the orphanage. As the school-age children began arriving home from school we were excited to get some time getting to know them.
