Villa Lucia of Tuscany. Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Beginning of the new Season. We started the new season with a cooking class of 16, most were from Alabama and Florida. A couple of groups of 4.they were all through the travel group ABC Travel. Started the day off early, prepping the kitchen, setting the table and going to the market. Guests were to arrive at 1pm. The menu lesson for the day, Homemade pasta, Authentic Italian garlic bread, Homemade Canaloni,. Swiss Chard and white fish.
