Feminism in General (Or how we learnt to stop worrying and just call ourselves figheads). Pretty – Katie Makkai. Finally…two (count ‘em) films for women which are not just about boys and shoes →. November 19, 2010 · 1:04 pm. On Irish Education ; Contraception, Abortion. What do I know about anything involved? If I’m to be labelled by anybody a horrible person to advocate abortion in a case where a woman feels that this is the right decision for her, I’m probably not fit to be a mother, am I? January 13, 2015. Joseph and I took a weekend trip to Atlanta to celebrate our anniversary (7 years! And we had such a good time! There is so much. To do in Atlanta, and I’m dying to see the city during the warmer months, so I’m sure we’ll be making another trip some time. To Gandersbaby With Love, From Sev - Alyssa B. Young - In the Wabe

To Gandersbaby With Love, From Sev. April 7, 2015. I volunteered to make my friend Genevieve. A baby blanket for the little girl she’s expecting (nicknamed gandersbaby), and she happened upon the perfect pattern! I’ve been searching for a pattern like this for ages, so it was fate! It’s a fun crochet, but Severus complicates things. I’m often in the middle of a stitch when Severus leaps across my body and absconds with the skein I need. But I can’t take it away–he loves it! Plus, he attacks me when I do).

More Books, Please. A blog about PhD research in poetry. Between here and the end of this chapter. I’ve been working for some time on Morrissey’s Japan sequence in. Between Here and There. For my consideration of form. It has been refreshing to spend time really getting into forms, experiences and whole language systems that are completely unfamiliar to me. And available to read in full. Tell us about how you write a poem. Well, how was it then? So do you now sit down and force yourself to write? Maybe I...

Los Angeles on Film. November 15, 2014. A couple weeks ago I went to Los Angeles to visit my wonderful friend Genevieve. Who lives in Santa Monica (which is essentially paradise). Lighter than my digital camera! Big “thank you”s go out to my dad (who happens to be my #1 blog reader) for trusting me with his old camera, Genevieve, who is a wonderful photographer I love handing my camera over to, and her husband Anders for hosting me! First stop: Amoeba music! My Grandfather’s Photos: A 1957 Picnic. Below ...
