QUILT BY FAITH: Finished!
http://faithquilter.blogspot.com/2015/08/finished.html
Saturday, August 1, 2015. Nothing like a deadline to get one motivated, eh? It usually works for me, and this one was no exception. The quilt isn't all that I imagined, but just maybe, it's enough. Two weeks ago I thought it might have beading and embellishment. Today? It's fabric only, and that's final. for now. I didn't hear anything about not allowing images ahead of time. But once again Blogger strikes. If you'd like to see the entire quilt, tilt your head 90 degrees. :(. August 2, 2015 at 1:44 PM.

QUILT BY FAITH: July 2015
http://faithquilter.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 22, 2015. I haven't been working on the projects with deadlines. Finding my focus is an elusive proposition. Instead, I've made and sent off a couple of birthday cards. Maybe today I'll get back to work? And that's a wrap. Friday, July 17, 2015. At this rate, I may use up all of my beachy ocean fabric, but I'm probably not going to have a finished quilt by August 1. Then again, stranger things have happened. Thanks for stopping by. Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Thursday, July 9, 2015. Of photos...

QUILT BY FAITH: November 2014
http://faithquilter.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 24, 2014. I may be stuck in a rut. However, this rut is filling gaps in September birthday card giving. Moving faster than I am, is the change in seasons. These were my gingko trees on Friday:. And this is what they look like today, three days later:. I can't wait for the full-blown yellow, before everything falls to the ground. Absolutely beautiful! Friday, November 21, 2014. I'm actually posting again! I made a (belated) birthday card for my son. My baby boy, is SO old! To finish bindi...

QUILT BY FAITH: June 2015
http://faithquilter.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 29, 2015. Over the weekend, hubby and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary. oh. my. goodness. How did we get to be so old? He indulged me with a week at the beach, and he's actually come a long way in learning to enjoy it. He's more of a mountains/river guy, but this year? The mountains are too dry, and the rivers.hard to enjoy. And so, it's beach for the both of us, and I'm not the only one smiling. See? I think he's an offender! I'm down to the last corner. woohoo! But I think our fav...

QUILT BY FAITH: A Handful
http://faithquilter.blogspot.com/2015/07/a-handful.html
Thursday, July 9, 2015. Of postcards went into the mailbox this morning. This is my latest batch of cards for Postmark'd Art. The theme is Sunrise/Sunset. I've taken dozens (hundreds? Of photos of ocean sunsets/sunrises. In all of them, my favorite contrast is the silhouette of palm trees with the spectacular backgrounds. These cards don't even begin to capture the beauty of God's paintbrush. See what I mean? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Blogs and websites I like.

QUILT BY FAITH: March 2015
http://faithquilter.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 30, 2015. Lots of Computer Time. Not much of anything else. Then again, on Saturday, I had a delightful diversion. My friend Debbie decided to celebrate her retirement and 60th birthday in style. She threw a party, and invited her friends. But get this: She threw a quilting party! The door prize I selected was this green project box. Perfect! It's exactly what I need! It already holds a new project, the baby quilt that I worked on during the party. yay! To concentrate on. I do hope that...

QUILT BY FAITH: April 2015
http://faithquilter.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Beyond My Wildest Dreams. I seriously never thought I could paint. Apparently I can, and quite successfully. All it took was the right teacher, and 30 years of experience looking at and analyzing fabrics. wow. Susan Brubaker Knapp. I've started quilting this painting, and I have to say, I'm very pleased. Very pleased indeed. I might even show up early tomorrow, so that I can make more progress. Goals are good! Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Going, Going, Going. It was totally worth t...

QUILT BY FAITH: January 2015
http://faithquilter.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2015. By golly, I might just make it, if I could stop the mal-piecing! Yep One of these things is not like the other. And I don't have enough fingers to count the number of times I've sewn triangles onto the wrong side of the bias square over the past few days. SO frustrating! I eventually did get enough of them done to round up the border, which at this point in time is now sewn together and part of the top. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Stitch Faster, Stitch Faster! And the last parti...
