Atrium Stair … Uplift! The existing stair in the main Atrium of the Rotman School of Management’s North building is in need of refurbishment. The limestone floor finish on the treads and landings have been worn over time due to heavy use and the transportation of salt from outside over the stairs. Construction on Allenbury Gardens under way! V A is happy to announce another project with Toronto Community Housing! V A was selected as the low rise architects for this joint venture project between Toronto Community Housing. We presented our design to the The Toronto Community Housing’s Design Review Panel on October 18th 2013, with great success. Construction has now begun and we look forward to project completion in the summer of 2016. Published on May 20, 2015. 2 Laneway homes hit the market.

Construction on Regent Park’s Block 28 Nears Completion. We are excited to report that Regent Park’s Block 28 has entered the final phase of construction. This new residential townhouse block, featuring 24 homes, will be constructed as part of the third phase of Regent Park’s redevelopment. Our firm was selected as the architects for the block 28 townhomes project with Toronto Community Housing. And The Daniels Corporation. This is V A’s third collaboration with Toronto Community Housing.

Our work for this project consists of Building upgrades which include a new entrance and lobby, the addition of barrier free washrooms and the refurbishing of existing stairs.
