I přes ta šílená vedra se nám hody prostě nevyhnou a já jsem se pustila do koláčů, aby bylo co zakousnout ke kávě. Těsto jsem zadělávala po páté hodině ráno v sobotu, stejně jsem tím horkem nemohla pořádně spát a aspoň brzy vykynulo těsto a ještě za chládku se mohlo péct. Dělala jsem jen jednu dávku, žádný kvanta. Vyšlo jich akorát na tři plechy :-). 1/4 l vlažného mléka. 40 dkg polohrubé mouky. Ochucený tvaroh s rozinkami. Namáčené v rozšlehaném vejci a posypce. Moc ráda zkouším péct nové věci a tak trhací buchta byla jasná. Tu jsem prostě upéct musela.:-). Našla jsem si tento recept. A pustila se do toho. Místo sýrové náplně jsem dala šunku, máslo, česnek a bylinky. Je to perfektní rychlovka, za chvíli připraveno i upečeno. Jen malá drobnost, těsto je dost sladké, takže buď použít se sladkou náplní nebo v receptu ubrat cukru. Dát pouze lžičku na vykynutí! Dávám tomu ještě šanci.
