I understand that everyone has a different way of processing, and that some are better than others. Bottling stuff up and not talking about anything you're thinking is one extreme, and freaking out about everything right after it happens is another extreme. Catching a theme in these posts yet? I feel myself thinking more abstractly when I know I'm alone, and it sometimes makes me feel crazy. Of all forms of torture I think I would crack the most easily with isolation. I feel like something in me finally clicked on, like a piece of a puzzle finally got placed where it belongs, like someone threw back the curtains and let the light pour in. I usually get caught up with little details, but I could see the big picture for once. It's beautiful, a masterpiece. So well designed.
