Please feel free to use it, modify, etc as you or someone else may wish. Building a birth plan that works for you is important. Birth Partners: B (spouse) and L (mother). I have been really distracted with other things the last week or so and was not really excited about it until last night. I'm glad the excitement was short because waiting is so hard!
