A journey through weight loss and life. Weight Of It All. So this week, I’m back to basics. I am writing everything down on paper again. I still can’t believe that I did it. 9 weeks ago, I could barely run 3 minutes, and now I can run for 30 minutes! Friday, February 18, 2011. I'm so excited to have finally finished this cross stitch! I just dropped it off to be framed this morning and, honestly, it felt a bit like leaving my child with a stranger. Obviously I get attached to my projects. The pattern for this project came from a free brochure I found in the embroidery aisle at Hobby Lobby. You can also find the chart on the DMC website here. Monday, June 27, 2011. Menu Plan Monday: 6/27 - 7/3. What a week we have in our house! VBS started last night at our church and I'm volunteering. The theme is Panda Mania. Last night was the first night and it was an absolute blast! As a "Crew Leader," I took the kids in my group (all 6th and 7th grade girls) around to various stations. We learned and acted out Bible stories, watched a movie, made crafts, played games, sang songs and had a snack. Turkey bacon BLTs, salad. Coyote Quesedillas from Guy Fieri.
