I skipped yesterday so I figured today’s had to be something that was enough to make up for two days. What in the world had happened to me in Pasadena in two days that could make up for my lack of writing? And then I realized. Nothing. Nothing here made up for it, but something somewhere else did. It was a sweet gesture, proving to me once again that people here can be nice as she really did want to say something sweet back. She just couldn’t find anything.
