Lens of Lies – Blue Loft
https://blueloft.wordpress.com/2015/05/13/lens-of-lies
Stories and Other Fiction. May 13, 2015. My thoughts were born in tangents. They were pools of reflections. And darkened in the mirrors. I knew I didn’t beget them. I was whispering to the wind. Cowardly to scream my fears aloud. I stitched them in a bag and stuffed. My lungs until it blocked the sound. I writhed in my dreams. I turned my body inside out to show. The world the bloody stream. That twisted knots within my soul. I snapped the wires of peace and controlled. The strands with just my mind.

April 2015 – Blue Loft
https://blueloft.wordpress.com/2015/04
Stories and Other Fiction. Escapism is sweeter than chocolate. Words and words by Snigdha Nautiyal. April 29, 2015. The first time I opened my eyes. And you were standing there. I saw a mirror whisper back. A face of scarlet fear. I didn’t know that one hello. Would strike me like a sword. And strings of silvery emotions. Would stir a lovely chord. And I knew I would forget you. In the haze of buzzing life. As the world was flaming, tearing through. My stomach like a knife. The men I saw, songs I sang.

Create – Blue Loft
https://blueloft.wordpress.com/2015/04/18/create
Stories and Other Fiction. April 18, 2015. I want to grow cities and birds. And art and music. I want to raise citadels on mountaintops. And topsy-turvy rattling windows. Where ivy and centipedes crawl across. I want to build towers. Watch sunrises from their isolated heights. I want to make the world. Like putty for a child. I want to make something. And watch possibilities yawn open. The Golden Notebook by Doris Lessing. House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Planning to wr...

Spring Confessions – Blue Loft
https://blueloft.wordpress.com/2015/03/21/spring-confessions
Stories and Other Fiction. March 21, 2015. We crossed our lonely hearts. Pulled lilies out of graves. And tore up letters into mulch. Turned old lovers into paste. I heard your drunk confessions. On a forbidden, dark porch. With little drops of blackened vodka. To lighten our glowing wounds. I taught you coffee highs. And fought wars through our single wall. You chaperoned me up the alien road. And warded men’s glares off with your charm. Over months of warm smiles, you pulled. In webs of my own misery.

And when you ask me what I seek, when I’m done trying to fill the hollowness inside me with all sorts of things- music, books, art, thoughts, experiences and love- I’d still be burning with the same ennui that set me off in the first place. Horizon Ends – Blue Loft
https://blueloft.wordpress.com/2015/05/04/horizon-ends
Stories and Other Fiction. May 4, 2015. If i were stuck. In the spaces between your fingers. Digging in too deep. Raving on about the pine trees. If I were mobile like a shooting star. On the crossroads between your life. Showing off the tiny sparks. If I were perfect. An evening wind for your summer. Caressing the burnt skin. That hurt your shoulder. If I were all that. Would you follow my buzzing thoughts. And meet me where the horizon ends? 2 thoughts on “ Horizon Ends. May 23, 2015 at 2:26 pm. Planni...
