Jessica Schrier was working at a museum in Amsterdam while already starting her cooking career. Mostly because she wasn't happy with her office job, so she thought it would be a great hobby. But the soups were too wonderful and popular; now this is her only job. Jessica started 5 seasons ago, much before the of the street food hype. What is it like when a restaurant moves into a red Citroen? Crowded. Thanks to the friendly atmosphere no one holds no one up. The little team has been brought together by shared experiences. Tamara Kikkert is the manager of the L'Entrecôte et les Dames in Amsterdam, but decided last year to start something new in the slow summer season. They moved into an old citroen and traveling since around Holland. This is the L'Entrecôte Mobile. Do visit them on summer food festivals! In Noordwijk aan Zee.

For Spring brings many new beginings, it also inspired new ideas to the menu. We served to the 80 invited guests: artichokes with butter and parmesan sauce, fava bean and mint soup with smoked sausages, roasted green and white asparagus, roasted salmon with salsa verde, pulled pork with coleslaw, wild and basmati rice, fresh salads, quiche lorraine and red beet tarts.
