DiVine Indulgence: March 2010
http://notesonavine.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
The Spirit of Adventure. Monday, March 1, 2010. Martha, Max and the Perfect Glass. Are you of the mind set that says glass size doesn't matter? I must admit to being a skeptic myself at one time. That is until I was invited to a tasting with (the now late) Robert Mondavi of the famous California wine family and Georg Riedel, father of Maximilian in this video. I, like Martha, am the proud owner of Riedel stemware. This is one investment definitely worth making. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://notesonavine.blogspot.com/2010/03/red-wine-room-temperature.html
The Spirit of Adventure. Friday, May 21, 2010. Red Wine - Room Temperature? Did you know that we in North America are drinking our red wines too hot? Let me clarify this totally misunderstood term "Room Temperature". This phrase was actually coined before the days of central heating. DiVine Indulgence: November 2009
http://notesonavine.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
The Spirit of Adventure. Saturday, November 28, 2009. Higher Price Means Better.Right? Most people think if a bottle of wine is expensive then you are guaranteed a great wine. Nothing could be farther from the truth. There is a lot more to quality than price. What I always tell people is to. First look at the vintage year. Secondly, look to the. Then look at the price. To garner exorbitant prices regardless. So now that you know the secrets of the trade go out and by yourself a great bottle of wine.
