As soon as I wake up. 1 scoops whey protein. 2: whole sunny side up eggs / 1: 100 calorie english muffin. 11am (usually following my workout). 2 scoops of whey. 1 serving of brown rice / 1 serving of chicken tenders from “whole foods”. 1 serving “island vanilla” cereal from kashi / 1: 100 calorie english muffin / 4 egg whites. 1 serving of turkey sausage / 1 boneless skinless chicken breast. 2 servings turkey sausage. 2 scoops casein protein.

One mans path to continued fitness. So I passed my test! After three weeks of studying multiple hours a day I can finally take a couple days off. So now I have to wait for my certification to come in the mail in four to six weeks and bam! Journey to a Healthier Life. Wednesday, July 20, 2011. What's my next challenge? So over the next month I'll be doing that obstacle course at least once a week, and will keep trying to get over that wall. I will also be doing the 5k hike to try and pick up the pace a little. Add that to working with my trainer, and I should be set to do the DGMR and will hopefully have between 10 and 20 lbs less to carry through that obstacle course. Healthy and Happy Living. Journey to a Healthier Life. Thursday, July 14, 2011. Back in the saddle? So, how'd my first day back go? Well, I went for a 3 milk hike with some pretty good hill climbs. My legs were jelly after, but I made it. We took the hard path too. Then my little slip, I stayed up too late and got a midnight snack craving. Which I quenched with a cup or hot cocoa and a pack of my son's Pop Tarts. Felt a little guilty, but they tasted SOOOO good! Stats according to my bodybugg:. All in all, a pretty good day.
