The journey of weight loss with my BodyBugg. Friday, January 15, 2010. I've been doing pretty good! I hit the gym on Tues and Wed, took yesterday off, and will be working out again today. I'm thinking of trying the P90X program, but not sure if I want to spend the cash on it. Has anyone tried it? I know I've lost a few pounds this week so far, probably water weight, but it's a start! The journey of weight loss with my BodyBugg. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. One of my new favorite (healthy) recipes: Ricotta Sandwich Filling. This is probably the most simple, yet delicious recipe I've found for lunch. The original recipe is as follows. 32 oz Fat Free Ricotta Cheese. 4 tbsp olive oil. 1/2 large onion (chopped). Cilantro, Hot Sauce and Salt all to taste. Of olive oil compared to the amount. Of ricotta cheese is minimal, I've decided to put my own twist on this. Servings Per Recipe: 16.

The journey of weight loss with my BodyBugg. Sunday, March 28, 2010. So much for updating regularly right? The one thing that has been hard lately is trying to eat enough calories in a day. I'm averaging about 1400-1700 a day. My bodybugg goal is about 2250 and I just can't get to that. I eat the standard 3 meals and 2 snacks (sometimes 3) but I can't get up there and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions are appreciated. March 28, 2010 at 11:16 AM.
