LifeLine's trained telephone counsellors can be reached 24/7 on 0800 543 354. The LifeLine website offers some additional resources and options for support. Women are usually referred to Women’s Wellness by a mental health service or a GP. If you’re not sure whether you’re eligible, please call us anyway. We’ll listen to ‘where you’re at’ and see if we can help. We may also be able to suggest other places you can find the support you need.
