Many people have emailed me and asked where they can make a donation in Beth's name. This was a difficult choice for me. I felt that at 10 months old she didn't really have any 'likes' beyond her family and having her basic needs being met. BUT after some further research, there are 3 different charities that I think would make Beth happy. Make a Wish: British Columbia and Yukon.

Mother,Partner, Foodie, Dog Lover, Part Time Runner, Grief Survivor. 2 carrtos - finely chopped. 2 stalks celery- finely chopped. 1 small onion- finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic minced. 1 tsp dry mustard. Kosher salt and finely ground pepper. 3 tbsp all purpose flour. 2 cups chicken stalk. 1 tsp worchestershire sauce. 1 bottle pale ale (Beer). 2 cups shredded sharp chedder. 1 cups shredded gruyere. 1/2 cup half-and-half creamo. Sweat the vegetables until tender, about 15 minutes.
